Great process!  We had friends asking about how stressful the process was, but it really wasn't.  Making home selections and upgrades were all very good and not overwhelming by tackling one section at a time.

Customer Care was great to work with. They were always pleasant and explained things very well. We are very pleased with Echo Mortgage, the preferred lender. Their staff was great to work with. Overall we are very pleased with our new home.

I have been involved with four new home builds in Maryland, Virginia, and Oklahoma. This was by far the best experience I have ever had.

The entire process, including the lender, was stress free. This was a result of the excellent communication between builder and sales associate. nu homes Oklahoma insisted on building the home that fit our needs, and they came through.

The fact that we were able to choose a 1 acre lot was the selling point for us. Other home builders (developers) do not offer lots of this size and do not offer the quality either. The price point, quality, and lot size is the best in the state. Believe me, I have had 4 houses built in the last 30 years from Dallas to Oklahoma, and no other builder can offer what nu homes Oklahoma does.

The standard floor plan choices are as good as any, but nu homes Oklahoma sales people listened to our individual needs and allowed us to add several upgrades. We are a family that wanted a "modern" design to the interior. The flooring, trim, and cabinets were coordinated to achieve the "modern" design we were looking for. The final result is "awesome".

The warranty work we needed addressed after we moved in was taken care of very quickly, except for the items that parts needed to be ordered. Every time we needed something taken care of, it was scheduled and a courtesy call was provided to us prior to making the trip.

I like their design plans and the larger lots for more space. Mollie was the best part of the buying process. Even if she wasn't in charge of what I needed she always helped me figure out who to contact and would always get back to me if I had questions. She is the reason I chose to build my home here and was a great help in deciding which model to build. The contractor was great too. Very knowledgeable and did a good job coordinating the build.

After 20 years in Katy, Texas, we felt pulled to move home to Oklahoma to be close to our daughters. One of our daughters suggested that we look at nu homes Oklahoma. We felt like our dreams were fulfilled when we saw the homes. The employees we communicated with were EXTREMELY helpful and even after the sale they were still trying to resolve small issues. We love our community and feel it is the premiere development of Edmond. We love our home, hats off to nu homes Oklahoma.
